Resolution Framework

Unmanifested Shipments

If your order does not arrive within 14 business days of the projected delivery window, it is considered lost and eligible for full restitution.

As our products are organic, minor visual variations are expected. Refund requests based on subjective appearance will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cryptocurrency Payments

For anonymity, refunds for BTC/XMR payments are issued based on the USD value at the time of purchase to ensure stability.
